Publish a form

After you save a form, click Publish form. The next steps depend on the Form type in the Design tab. Published forms appear on the storefront only when App Embed is enabled in your theme.

Before you publish

• Set the Form type in the Design tab.
• Save the form.
• Keep Active enabled in Form info so the form can appear after you publish.
• Turn on App Embed in your theme. If App Embed is off, the Publish form modal shows Enable App Embed to display your forms. Click Activate App Embed and enable the UpForm embed before you continue.

Remove or change a published form

How you remove a form depends on how you published it.
